Is there a kid-appropriate software for creating and printing magazines and newsletters?

I know there's lots of high-end software out there. I'm looking for something that fourth, fifth, and sixth graders could easily use.

Microsoft Publisher is relatively easy to use, especially if the kids have been using Microsoft in the past.
