How to stop receiving newsletters from Victoriassecret and Xanga?

I signed up for the newsletters, I don't know why and I hate receiving them every day. Do you know how to stop it?

Open the newsletter the next time it is delivered to you.
Toward the bottom of the page you should find a link to 'unsubscribe' to the newsletter, just click on it. Fill out any form they may have, or just follow the instructions. You should not get them anymore after that.
