How do you update your phone? I need to update it cause i have a thing where my phone wont work. its says "A wirrless radio must be attached to use this phone. if u guys know the problem please tell me. if u dont tell me how to update the phone.
You can call Sprint and explain the issue to them and they can update the phone for you just make sure that when you call you use another phone in case you have to press any keys or anything of that matter
