What is a good reasonable software for newsletters with Vista?

I want a good software to use to create family newsletters on that will work with Windows Vista. thanks!!!

you can use open office to produce newsletters and it’s compatible with Microsoft office but best of all it’s free you can download it here http://download.openoffice.org/ beware you need broad band as it’s a large download of about 100 meg
